The DOOM pastor, society’s desperate cry for salvation

It has been in the news, they ate grass because their shepherd (pastor) led them there. The picture of the woman’s face being sprayed with DOOM (an insecticide) to receive deliverance trumpets an intense desperation.

Do we understand beyond what we see, beyond the shaking of heads and the snickering that these are signs of desperation. That deep calling unto deep to be free amidst a world full of false preachers who wish to gain a livelihood from trusting sheep being led astray.

Jesus was baptized by John and then entered the desert filled with the Holy Spirit to commence a 40day fast.He rebuked Satan 3times using scripture but take NOTE, the third time Satan in desperation even quoted scripture out of context.

Jesus then left the desert and fast in the power of the Holy Spirit – STRONG – to proclaim the fulfillment of Isaiah 61. In Nasareth his hometown HE proclaimed:

The Spirit of the Lord is with me. He has anointed me to tell the good news to the POOR.

He has sent me to announce forgiveness to the PRISONERS of sin and restoring of sight to the blind, to forgive those who have been SHATTERED by sin, to announce the year of the Lord’s favor.

Luke4

Jesus proclaimed a FREE gift and there are still many South African people who have not received it, many being led astray by wolves in sheep clothing!

Do you hear the CRY going out from deep to deep when you see her being sprayed with DOOM!?

The cry that says I will do ANYTHING to be delivered and set free.

We (converts of Jesus Christ) have the SAME spirit in us that sets the captives free!

We need to heed the call of the desperate!

We need to be salt and light and we need to be it NOW!

THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS UPON ME… What do you proclaim!?
